KLIA Training and Research Centre Sdn. Bhd (KLIA Training); is the subsidiary of the KLIA Premiere Holdings Sdn. Bhd., a privately owned company approved by the Malaysian government; is committed to provide training and share their past experience with the rest of Malaysians. The company’s first venture into the construction industry began with the management of the construction of the country’s high profile mega projects including the construction of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Project. There are currently several projects under its management located in Selangor, Malacca, Kedah, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.
It has a vast pool of highly experienced personnel and are keen to share its knowledge and experience with the industries. It o-ers a wide range of training programs led by a pool of professionals of various specialized disciplines who had gained a wealth of expertise in managing mega and high profile projects nationwide.
As the training arm of KLIA Holdings, KLIA Training, were exposed to a wide range of health and safety management practices who led more than 120 main contractors during the construction of the KLIA and eventually several other projects nationwide. To date, KLIA Training had conducted various safety and health safety training programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources, the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and several other private companies.
KLIA Training is also one of the training provider of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia – Razak School of Engineering and Advanced Technology o-ering Executive Masters and Executive Diploma courses specializing in the fields of Project Management, Construction, Safety & Health Management, Engineering Business Management and Facility Management, to name a few.
