About Course

KLIA Training and Research Centre Sdn Bhd has been accredited by the Department Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia (DOSH Malaysia) as “Pusat Pengajar Pereka Bentuk Kerja Binaan” for Occupational Safety and Health in Construction Industry (Management) (OSHCIM) programme.

Course Objective

The Certified Design for Safety (OSHCIM Professional) aims to improve the coordination for safety design between client, designer and contractor. The Department of Safety and Health (DOSH) Malaysia requires client, designer and contractor to ensure that the design is safe to build, install, test, commision, operate, maintain demolish.

Fee

  • RM1600 (MBAM Members)
  • RM1800 (Non-member of MBAM)
  • RM2000 (Payment through HRDF)

Entry Requirement

OSHCIM Professional

  • Bachelor Degree or higher (MQA Recognition)
  • Registered with BEM, LAM, BQSM, MBOT or CCPM
  • At least 5 years working experience in construstion industry.

OSHCIM Coordinator

  • Diploma (MQA Recognition) + At least 10 years working experience in construction industry
  • Registered with BEM, LAM, BQSM, MBOT, LPBM or CCPM

Competency Course

KLIA Training & Research Centre Sdn Bhd as a approved training provider for the Scaffolding Basic Competency Course (Level 1) recognized by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (JKKP) Malaysia.

Enhancing comprehension of both theoretical and hands-on aspects of scaffolding fundamentals and essential skills, encompassing safety prerequisites.

  • Can read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree
  • Have a good physical and mental health
